We developed a custom brand guide, strategic brand merge plan, and website for what were previously two separate businesses: Nina Raizel Design and Seattle Jewelry Repair.
When we first met Nina Reisel, she was running two successful jewelry brands; Nina Reisel Jewelry and Seattle Jewelry Repair. Behind the scenes, they operated as one company, but outwardly, they told two very different stories. Nina was ready to unify her business, simplify her messaging, and create a single, cohesive brand that represented her artistry, craftsmanship, and the full range of services she offered.
Nina’s challenge was one many creative entrepreneurs face; how to merge two established identities without losing the individuality and recognition she’d built. Her goal was to create a unified brand that captured both sides of her business: the elegance of custom design and the trust of expert repair.
She wanted a brand that could hold both, the art and the craft, under one name, with a visual identity that felt professional yet expressive.
We began by helping Nina reimagine her business from the ground up, starting with strategy. Together, we identified her mission, core values, and the heart of her company’s purpose: restoring, creating, and celebrating meaningful pieces of jewelry.
From there, we developed an entirely new brand identity, Seattle Jewelry Design & Repair, that honors her roots while elevating her presence. The brand guide included a balanced color palette inspired by Seattle’s cool tones with a pop of Nina’s signature creativity (and yes, that bright pink hair), paired with fonts that felt timeless yet modern.
Once the foundation was set, we moved to her website, a complete rebuild designed to merge her two former brands into one seamless experience. Because her business offers both products and services, the site was built with strategy in every click. Each page was intentionally structured to guide users toward what they needed most, whether that was learning about custom jewelry design, scheduling a repair, or exploring her latest pieces.
The site was designed not just to look beautiful but to function beautifully, leading visitors through education, trust-building, and clear calls to action that convert.
After launch, we continued the partnership by aligning all of Nina’s digital touchpoints with the new brand. We merged her social media accounts, designed cohesive content templates, and established a posting strategy that reflected her new direction. We also launched and managed Google Ads campaigns to amplify visibility, driving measurable results and record-breaking revenue in the months that followed.
What started as two brands became one unified, thriving company, complete with a refreshed identity, high-performing website, and data-backed marketing strategy. Nina’s business now shines brighter than ever, with her artistry and professionalism represented consistently across every channel.
Her creative, colorful personality shines through her brand, and her clients are taking notice. With more online visibility, higher engagement, and a website built to convert, Seattle Jewelry Design & Repair is truly a gem in the Pacific Northwest jewelry market.
This project reminded us that rebranding isn’t about erasing history, it’s about refining and elevating it. By merging creativity with strategy, we helped Nina transform her dual identities into one powerful, cohesive brand that honors her craft and supports her continued growth.
Because when art meets intention, the results are nothing short of radiant.
